Unable to add 5th vehicle

I have unsuccessfully been able to add a new vehicle to Fuelly. I have tried using both an Android and Windows device. Here is the sequence of events that happens every time and any help or advice you can give me would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Click on Add a Vehicle

Drop down selection window opens

I select all of the appropriate items down to Bed Style (which I just leave untouched because it is a car that I have trying to add.

Select settings of Track fuel in gallons, Track distance in Miles, and Track City vs. Highway (YES).

Then I click on the Add Vehicle button at bottom of page.

The Error Message box then shows and all my selections show EXCEPT Transmission, Drive Type, and Body Style which just shows Other Options when I attempt to reset those three (no choices show up, not even the ones I selected originally).

Any ideas or hints?
