UK - SMS Update - No reply SMS Fuelly

This is an old issue I've raised before but nothings been fixed. I've got a new phone recently, and it's still the same issue.

The SMS messages go through and they update my stats. If I log into the website, I can see them.

Problem: I send the SMS message to Fuelly with my fill ups. I get no response from Fuelly.

Expected behaviour: I would expect Fuelly to recognise the fill up and send an SMS back to me.
