For Future Release: Time entry field for Add a Fuel-up not on main entry form.

I'm curious why the Time field seems to be the only field not on the initial Add a Fuel-up form. I like to include the time from my receipt and I have to save the fuel-up then edit the fuel-up to add the time. I find it annoying and a waste of time. Can that field be moved to the general Add a Fuel-up form so all the details can be added at the same time?
