Site navigation problem

I find it difficult to find messages sent between members. I have been sent messages and have read them (somewhere on the site) but now can't find them again to reply.
There doesn't seem to be a link anywhere obvious to a message center.

Yeah, it's a little too subtle. In the upper right, in that top blue bar, there's a little envelope icon, but that's really small.

I'll add a "Your Mail" to the left side nav.
