Similar threads and a new moderator

I enabled the "similar threads" option for posts now. You will see it at the bottom of the thread. This was requested a while ago and I'm just now getting to it.

I also added rh77 as a moderator. He's a great guy with a great enthusiasm for fuel economy. He's also here more than I am, so it only makes sense :P

Thanks Matt for the kind words. I hope to help keep GasSavers a great forum for discussion. I hold this site in high regard for the Science of GasSaving, and encourage open discussion and brainstorming no matter how unrealistic something may sound. Some of the most successfully implemented ideas started out as unrealizable, unattainable goals. Whether it be mods, technique, news, or more, this site continues to impress.
