How do I quote a reply to a thread that captures the name link button and actual quote?

For quick reply hit the blue down arrow on the right of the one you want to quote and check the "quote message in reply?" box under the quick reply area.

Hit the quote button on the right of the post to go to the normal reply area with the text quoted.
