Poor support response
Is anyone else having issues with the slow response from Fuelly? I came from Acar and we're supposed to get 2 years before having to renew, but I went on subscription last year because of poor, incorrect info given from Fuelly support. Not I got billed again and i just cant get any info from these guys. They seem to be play games with me where they keep refering me back to google to ask them about my subscription.... Well that's not the question I asked I asked if I'm entitled to free subscription cause I came from acar!!! Last response to my question about coming from acar and getting free subscription was 'your subscription is for a year, there is no lifetime. Contact google!!!1 I'm so pissed off with these guys! Is the same support i'll get when I'm spending my hard-earned dollars on this crap? If I'm going to pay I deserve good customer service and support! EARN THE MONEY!!
