Notes from mobile app not appearing on fuelly.com

I just did an oil and filter change and added a note from my phone. A bunch of my recent notes aren't appearing on fuelly.com.

Any way to fix this?

Just lost all of the notes that were on my mobile app. Please tell me there's a way to get these back...

Are you sure the notes aren't visible?
I see many note here: Cobalt SS Fuel-up Log | Fuelly

I just re-entered those. The fuel-ups appear but the notes (services) do not.

Also the notes section is completely empty on the mobile app. I had years of service records stored on there...

What version of GasTracker do you currently have installed?

At some point prior to creating this thread. Did Fuelly.com have/show the notes that were in GasTracker (the ones that are now missing)?
Currently do you have ANY notes on GasTracker that aren't on Fuelly.com?
If so, can you pull down to force a sync from the vehicle profile page? Then check to see if they populate on Fuelly.

I had notes in GasTracker from 2015 that weren't on fuelly.com.

When I logged out of the app and then back in, all of my notes from GasTracker disappeared.

Currently, there are zero notes in GasTracker. They all were erased when I logged out. Sync does nothing.

Sorry to hear!

We have a new update that we hope to have submitted to the App Store in the next day or two. Please keep an eye out for it (we'll also post a thread when it's live). This should resolve the syncing issue because we haven't run into any issues in our testing.
