No Sync for 8 days...

Opened the Acar app today to add a fuel up, it told me I have not had a successful sync in 8 days. I attempted to do a manual sync, I got the following error message-

"One or some of your records have been rejected by our server because of data validation problems."

Followed by some suggestions about how to resolve the issues. I checked, no problems per the list.

Coincidence? 8 days ago was when I gave one of my vehicles to my wife using the Transfer Vehicle to another Fuelly member.

Anyone know what might be going wrong?

Thanks...

I have similar problems any time I try to remove service categories or reminders that I don't use. It immediately trashes the synchronization.

You can work with support to try and resolve the issue, or you can restore from a backup to put the data back into a format that the system likes.

Thanks for the solution.

Don't hold your breath waiting for a response, fellas. The owner of this website doesn't pay any attention to it. He's trying to make millions creating sites in the RV world, and doesn't care about what goes on here.

Guys, I suggest that you all look for another website that offers similar features to Fuelly. The owner of this site (Andy Robinowitz) invests almost ZERO time into this forum. Don't expect a quick resolution to any issue. We can't even get the new year added to the mini-stats; it's an uphill battle every.single.year.

Then why are you still here?

Y'know, that's a very good question. I've been asking myself that question for a while now.

Truth is, there isn't really another site like it. Maybe that needs to change, since Andy Robinowitz doesn't seem to care anymore.
