New homepage
As some of you may have noticed, the GasSavers homepage has undergone some changes.
In addition, we now also have news feeds, as well as fuel conscious car reviews and an articles section.
Be on the lookout for more layout changes coming soon.

Nice Matt I like the homepage. When do you think we can add pictures to the garage? I'm sure that what Compaq is waiting for .

I did a bunch of work on this the other day... right now the picture uploads, resizes to the proper size, creates a thumbnail, and is renamed to a random filename. I need to now create a new database table which will keep track of who's file is named what, and also create a small gallery applet.

I hope the small gallery applet can hold a lot of picture, mwahaha. Perhaps an option on resized picture could be to see the full size? It's not like the site it hosting the pictures so if I want to eat dartmouth's terabytes of bandwidth looking at the big stuff...

Actually I will be hosting the pictures. I think the images are going to be resized to a respectable file size, so giant pictures won't work.

Ooh, if you're hosting them then that's different. I thought you'd host the one that would thumbnail in the garage main menu and then the gallery would be links? Perhaps this could be an option?
