As much as I'm an advocate of free expression and free speech, we have a few areas that need improvement on this site.

Violation of the rules can result in a number of actions, including suspension and banning. While I would like to not have to resort to these measures, they may become needed if problems persist.
Bad apples are the by-product of a site growing in size. Hopefully strict guidelines will be a way to identify the bad apples instead of hurting the community.
