My upload deleted one of my vehicles

I used Fuelly on my iPhone 5SE until yesterday when I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.

In order to prepare for the change-over, I signed into my account on the iPhone, then I uploaded my data. Then I downloaded the data to my new Android app on the new phone.

When I was done, I only had 3 cars, instead of 4. My BMW did not show up at all. I have 3 years of data that are gone.

Is there a way to get my data back from oblivion and into my Android app?

Details on the BMW? (year/model/engine, etc) I'm going to try and see if I can find it in the database.

You misread my post. The car exists in the database. The car and 3 years worth of data did not upload to the account and did not transfer to my Android app. I want to recover the missing data.

I do see the error that prevented the BMW from syncing, unfortunately, it is not an error I can correct.

Did you recently migrated from the old Gas Cubby to the new? If so, I may be able to recover the data to that point.

A while back i upgraded to the iphone new app which had the fuelly logo on it. then, a month or two later, i bought the galaxy s8 plus phone. i managed to transfer all my data, except that for the bmw.

what can be done? i have 3 years of data that I am missing now. if i can't fix it, i will have to start from scratch

I don't see a backup file associated with your username or email address. Did you use a different email address? Of if you have the email created when the backup file was saved, that would have the link I need. If you could send that to support@fuelly.com I can get most of the data back quickly.
