Missing City/Highway option on Mobile

The mobile phone site no longer has a city/highway scroll bar.

I'm using the Dolphin browser on an Android.

We haven't made any changes on this end. The slider is showing for me, but I haven't tested with Dolphin specifically. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and reloading? Have you changed any settings recently that could affect how pages display? For example, disabling JavaScript could change things quite a bit.
