My car did not sync. I have an Envoy XUV 2004. I changed it to other and on the sync it's not showing up. Hopefully I did not loose that data.

When I started the app it was there on the home screen but it went away. Should I open up a seperate ticket?

Can you force close the app and then reopen and let is know if that fixed the issue. Here are instructions on force close:

Hi.

I'm trying to enter/edit my vehicle, but there's no diesel engine option, neither is there a selectable sub model choice in the drop-down list.

Also, for Fuel-up, gallons are the only option, even though I've registered Metric, km, litres, l/100km..

The units selected when you set up a profile are what is used for viewing the site. They have to be reselected for car entries. This can be done under editing the vehicle.

There is no 2017 Toyota RAV4 hybrid or non hybrid in the drop downs to select vehicle.

I've submitted a request to add it several days ago. Still doesn't show up.

Added my car as make = Peugeot, model = 308 but the GTi trim level is not available yet, please add this choice.

You have two listings under Volkswagen "Golf R," one says it has 16 cars, the other 19 cars. Yet each link has the same cars (19) when opened. Additionally, there are no 2013 Golf R listings, but there should be at least one - MINE!
