Log book records not displaying for other users vehicles

For the past few days whenever I view another user's vehicle and scroll down to their Log Book, all I see is:

Basic Stats:

Stats aren't available yet because this vehicle doesn't have any fuel-ups.

Log Book:

The Log Book isn't available yet because this vehicle doesn't have any fuel-ups or notes.

But the vehicles I'm viewing all have lots of normal fuel-ups that used to be visible in the Log Book? Same thing happens in different browsers, and I can still see my own Log Book records fine.
