I'm having the same problem, not able to set location. For the last couple weeks or so. Both on Android using the mobile site and desktop website using Chrome (Version 50.0.2661.86 (64-bit) this in on a Linux box). Same issue on my Mac don't know the version off hand.

Okay, something browser related. I was using Chrome v49 but just updated to v50 and now have an unresponsive button like you guys. We'll look into it.
