@pb You guys have a great product and I think that the mobile site is definitely the way to go. Its cross platform, it works just as well as an app if not better than many on the market. People want more functions and options and that can be easily achieved in a web app. If people just want an icon on their home screen, all that's needed is a shortcut to the mobile site. When it comes to updating and adding features, it makes it way less complex as you only have one "app" to update this way.
@MMUK You have the right idea. People expect the world from a free service.
If we were paying a premium, then ya, complain about it not having the ability to wipe your butt, but as magnus919 stated, don't look a gift horse in the mouth. This is an amazing service that 2 guys have thrown together (from what I understand).
