Improve mobile usability by specifying number input fields
Use type="number" on the milage and gallons HTML input fields.
Using type="number" instead of type="text" in the input form elements would make (some) smartphone browsers automatically bring up a numerical keyboard instead of the default qwerty keyboard when entering these numeric values. This should be a tiny tweak and would result in a very noticeable improvement to mobile usability. Here is a good overview of various such options available in HTML:

Yeah, we had this in the last version of the mobile client (on an iPhone it always popped up with digits), I suspect our recent move to jQueryMobile changed that and we'll fix it up soon.

No, we already use type=number. That didn't change.
What device are you using ToeBee? Does it support HTML5?

Actually, you're using type="text".

Took a look yesterday and we were only using type=number for iPhones. So I expanded it to other mobile clients—like I thought we were doing already. Sorry about that.

Can you expand this support to iPad users? I don't think I'm getting the mobile version fwiw.
