I Want This Malibu - 16,448 MPG!

Houston, I think there is a problem with this vehicle, or else OPEC is going to be very upset. It shows an avg of 16,448 MPG. Obviously there is an entry error, but it does throw off the results for the 2001 Malibu (682.0 MPG) just a bit!

Maybe there should be some kind of "reasonableness edit" added to catch these kinds of errors. There are 5 entry lines and all look totally messed up.

That's actually pretty close to the proper, official term used in computer programming, which is a "sanity check" done as part of "input validation" or "data validation".
