How do we add pictures to our garage?

I noticed in our garage where we put the info about our vehicles that there are two spaces for pictures (I think one says "gallery picture"). But, I couldn't find how or where to upload or link pictures.

I also haven't seen anyone else's garage with pictures added.

So how do I do it?
