Honda fit 2004 transmission problem

I have a honda fit 2004 model which has caused me alot of trouble. My first gear developed a problem that would cause it to lose power such that when i step on the accelerator when on drive it could not move. I later changed the gear to an ex japan gear which worked well for a week and later the car developed the problem driving at high rpm of about 3000 when on a speed of 60. It also could jerk each time i start the car and out it on drive and when i slow down to park. So last week i changed the gear again and now it has the same problem, rpm of 3000 at a speed of 60 and above. The rpm can rise to around 5000 when you almost at 100km/hr. I am now tired i dont know whats the problem, is the transmission or the ecu or whatsup.
