Fuelly not responding to messages

No response to emails from contact fuelly

Is there another way to contact.

I sent a message over two weeks ago and no reply.
I have sent more today and although it says message sent,my mail box has no record of me sending any mails.
Nothing in my online hotmail account either.
Has anybody had any successful contact, if so by what method.
