For Future Release: Fueling time

When I fill my vehicle , I use Fuelly .
But more than once, I have to refill my motorbike on one day.
The default time of fueling is 12:00AM and is only displayed when you edit the fueling.

Is it possible to make this time field appear the first time you fill in all the required fields.
