Fuel Octane Rating Additions

Hello,

I'm from Chile, and in our contry we have 93-95-97 octanes gasoline.
Could you add these ratings to the add a fuel-up combobox please?

The most popular "premium" unleaded fuels in the UK are 99 octane, can we have that too?

A selector for type of octane rating might be called for, or at least a foot note stating the US uses the AKI value(the average of RON and MON) and most of the rest of the world uses just the RON one.

It might not be obvious, but the system shows you AKI values for North America, Brazil, Columbia, and Jamaica. RON values are displayed for everywhere else. This happens based on the country that you have chosen for the car being fueled up.

I've never noticed the ratings, assuming they are on the fuel up page? They are they there for diesel too yes?
