fuel log date showing another language

why does my fuel log in the dashboard page show another language despite everything else showing english? attached is a link for the capture.

Our system is trying to display the most appropriate date format based on your country. Sounds like it's not choosing very well for India. For US folks we show month/day digits like this: 1/2. (That's January 2nd.) We can change things for India. What would you expect to see there?
