Downtime Notice: Tuesday June 10

Fuelly Drivers,

We just wanted to let you know that we will be performing a major backend upgrade on Fuelly Tuesday night. During a small window of time our website and mobile app will be down and unavailable for adding fuel-ups. We are doing the upgrade at one of the slowest times of the week for new fuel-ups but if you do fuel-up your vehicle Tuesday night, please write down the fuel-up info and log it on Wednesday when we are back online.

This maintenance will occur between the following times:
Tuesday, June 10th from 12:00 AM CST - Wednesday, June 1th 4:00 AM CST

Although the website will remain nearly identical, this major back end technology upgrade is the first step in a number of new improvements we'll be rolling out to Fuelly this summer.

Note: If you use the GasTracker+ app, you will need to update the app before you can use it after the system upgrade. It's a whole new app that has the basics but we plan to roll out more features ASAP.

For more information, ask questions or for support, please post to this discussion.

Thanks for your patience as we work to make Fuelly better.

The Fuelly Team.

Is the seven recent fill-up "running" average gone forever?

Can you explain this a little more? The running average on your dashboard is based off your last 10 fill-ups. http://www.fuelly.com/faq/35/running-average
Are you not seeing the Running Averages at all?

You might remind people to update the code they've got set up for their signatures in other forums. Mine at KymcoForum.com had the old code, and didn't work until I updated it with the new.

Thanks for the feedback and even more so for sporting your Fuelly badge on other forums. I believe the error was simply due to the fact that the new system is rebuilding the badges on the fly each time they are called. Soon they will all be generated via the new system and stored so they won't need to be generated on the fly.

I took at look at some other discussions on Kymco Forum and noticed the badges were working. Here are some examples:

Thanks again for being a Fuelly driver!

Retired vehicles have all disappeared.

Clicking on "Recent Activity from your Friends" now just re-routes you to the dashboard.

Vehicle details have all been intentionally re-arranged but with many errors. All engines are described as "V" regardless of inline or vee configuration. Many options for vehicle trim level, engine options, etc are erroneous or extraneous.

Hi BDC,

Retired vehicles are still around, I will see where they've gone off to and get them back.

Will also check on the Recent Activity link.
