csv won't import kilometres asks for "miles" heading

Hi, just on & I've run into no MILES heading in csv (I'm trying to import Kilometres) I changed Kilometres to "Miles" and it imported but I now have an extra 30,000 km on my car. What heading do I use to get km trip to import?
