city% slider messed up

The city % slider on the add fuel up form is messed up from my phone browser (bb10) when I click to the next form element the slider jumps from where I set it to a different spot. Also, the form is not responsive, nor are the form fields set to a type of number, which would automatically bring up the number keyboard on fields like gallons, miles since last fill up, etc.

I assume you're using Fuelly Mobile: m.fuelly.com?

We're aware of the slider, and are working on getting a new one in place that's much smoother.

As for the form fields not bringing up the keypad, check towards the bottom and see if you have the number(key)pad disabled.
