Can we disable hashtags?

I use the fuelly app on my phone and it posts to my facebook (which I like) but now its posting hashtags as well (which i don't like or approve of) is there any way to shut off the hashtag crap and still have the fuel up post to facebook?

Why don't you just disable auto posting onto your Facebook?

We added the hash tags in an effort to help get the word out about Fuelly. As a grass roots community based project, word-of-mouth marketing is huge for us. That being said, we'll look at building an option to let users opt-out from these and post here when we have s solution in place. Thanks for the feedback.

This is now an option on the settings page down under the Social Integration setting at the bottom.
