Best ever tank notification - 1st time only?

I had a 'best ever tank' last fill-up but this didn't seem to show up with the little gold star and notification in the right column which I got last time I had a 'best tank'

It was only 0.5 mpg better.

Yeah, it's only broadcast as a best tank if it's a full 1 MPG better than the last best tank.

I just had a best tank (+6MPG over previous best) however, even that didn't get broadcast as "best" with a star. It appeared in the "recent activity" as a regular fuel-up.

Any idea why?

Do you remember the method you used for fueling-up? (Site, Mobile, SMS?) I can dig in for more info from there.

Hi pb,

I fuelled-up from mobile at the petrol station. Later, check at the site, but it wasn't showing with a star in the "All Activity". About an hour later I edited the fuel-up to include some notes.
