Confirmed: Avg Miles/Fuel-Up mini stat incorrect [logged]

I've added the "Avg Miles/Fuel-Up" mini stat to my dashboard. This widget seems to be including the first fill-up in this calculation, but the first fill-up doesn't track any miles.

I just started tracking a new vehicle and currently have 2 fill-ups, so the average miles/fuel-up is showing half of what it should, because it's averaging 0 with the actual.
