Android 4.3 missing decimal point

I've been using Fuelly with android for a year and a half and then my phone was updated to Jelly Bean 4.3. Now there is no decimal point so I can't add any fuel ups away from my desktop. Anyone else having this problem?

Same problem here on a new LG G2, suddenly the decimal point wasn't there on the keypad but it was working before. No system updates,phone came with Jellybean...

Same problem on S3 running Jelly Bean 4.3. No more decimal point on the keyboard. The app is useless to me now that I can't add fuel-ups on the go. Please fix. Thanks
