24-hour format time

When adding a 'time' for a fuel up in addition to a date, 24-hour time appears to push dates into the future.

12 hour time
08/07/14 7:51
Displays as August 7th

24 hour time
08/07/14 19:51
Displays on the graph as August 8th, yet on the fuel up date, it displays as August 7th
