Still in pretty good shape, 2 months shy of 66 years age. Started at sunrise, 6:30 AM, finished at 8:45 AM. Hills here with elevation changes around 15-25 feet over my 2 mile route. Blood pressure immediately after was 142/75 with pulse rate of 81, later it dropped to 123/72 with pulse rate of 71. Not bad for and old man, LOL.
Trek 7.5 FX (57 CM frame), picked up at a garage sale for $200.
