Whatever happened to the 'The Motionless Electromagnetic Generator' that Lt. Col. Thomas Beardon invented?

By using a powerful neodimium magnet he could generate Electricty from apparently nowhere. This is still being tested as it is showing huge variations in output dependent on the running frequency of the unit, this factor could explain why two supposed potential backers took Tom Beardons M.E.G away for testing.......and blew it up.......and then claimed that it didn't work!! Tom is currently generating more than just interest in the far east.

It's a scam. To date, no one has broken any law of thermodynamics. This contraption would do such. Snake oil inventions have been around since humans. Nothing about human nature will change.
