Tesla Model X or Jaguar I-PACE?
There will be people who can argue both sides of the equation. Personally I know what I would choose. I have always wanted to own a Jaguar, came close on a couple of occasions (almost bought a silver blue Mk VII once), but have never fulfilled my dream. Perhaps it is time to delve into the pension pot and live my dream!

I quite like the Jag, and being a Jag, it will be beautifully finished and constructed way better than the Tesla. Jaguar have been building cars for decades, so it will drive better too, it's a no brainer, and to be honest it's not that expensive all things considered. I can't imagine there's much profit for jaguar in the ipace given all the R&D that's gone into it.
Sell the house, buy one! Haha

Jaguar just because it's a Jaguar, although I'd rather have a 1960's E than anything else.

I would take a Jaguar over the Model X, but if I had that kind of cash I probably rather have a Model S or wait for the Porsche Mission E. The Jaguar looks like it was designed well, and the styling by Ian Callum looks fantastic.

I would, but the landlord wouldn't be too happy about it!

Here in the UK the Jaguar starts at £65K and the Model X around £95K. A Model S 75D is £67K.
Still rather have the Jaguar.

If I put down that kind of money for a car, it has to be able to take trips.
Is Jaguar planning to invest in fast charging infrastructure?

From Jaguar's brochure, here in the UK. "I-PACE is equipped to accept up to a 100kW DC charge rate". Most of the Rapid chargers, here in the UK, are 50kW, but 100kW chargers are being rolled out. Here in the UK the 50kW chargers are far more common then Tesla Superchargers and most Tesla owners use them for that reason.
Jaguar themselves, won't be installing dedicated chargers here in the UK or in Europe.

I love both, Tesla and The Jaguar. In My opinion, if you want more and more features and want your car to have upgradability then Tesla to go. If you look for the Build Quality And Ever lasting trims, Then go for the JAG

If only I'd been born rich instead of so good looking.
