I am very interested in this as a replacement for the Boxster, providing the price isn't too high. The market is missing electric sports cars, it's what is driving enthusiasts are waiting for.

This looks very nice, hopefully they will price it competitively. The weight is a bit high at 4,367 lbs, but you have to put the batteries somewhere. A Mazda Miata weighs 2,943 lbs, but it has less power as well. This MG is likely full of luxury options and sound deadening that the Miata doesn't have. I wish some big car manufacturer would buy Gordon Murray's small electric car design and build a tiny electric sports car, all the R&D has been done and the body is swappable on the chassis.

I guess the doors maybe make it easier to get in and out and require less side clearance, a boon in some small home garages, but I'd wonder about them wearing out or just giving out at the wrong moment. I'd want a bit more subdued looking interior too but I'm sure other color options are likely.
