Maybe they should pay me to time them myself, above and beyond the gas I'm NOT using. Had one Corolla blow by me today. I was coasting (engine off) about .4 mile to a red light and coasted right past the same car going 40 mph in the left lane, while they were stopped behind a box truck. I see people who have experienced my technique coasting a considerable distance to allow a red light to change AND traffic start moving.
