Toyota had an infrared reflecting color for the last generation Prius. It wasn't offered in the US.

I had a Prius several years ago, the last year they offered a solar panel in the roof and a vent system that automatically recycled the air inside when the temp exceeded 85. It was nice as it would be roughly the same semi-unbearable hot as the ambient, not 40-50 degrees hotter like most closed up cars without the system. I miss that feature. It might have been even nicer with this paint.
