Watching an early edition of Grand Tour and Jeremy Clarkson said that the Chiron could accelerate from 0-186 mph in the same time it took a Toyota Yaris to do 0-60 mph.
Since I'm cheap, I would get a C8 Corvette for $75,000 and give it to Hennessey tuning with $35,000 and have 1,200hp. This will save you $3.1 million if you go with the Chevy instead of the Chiron. $83/hp vs. $2,500/hp
Everything about these Hyper cars is impressive yet ridiculous. Like the tyres costing £25,000 a set and only lasting a few minutes at full speed, or the fuel tank emptying in 10 minutes at full speed. Someone once worked out the old veyron costs a staggering £200,000 a year to run given how strict the servicing is, it's very similar to servicing an aircraft given the Extreme stresses and speeds the components go through. They have to microscopically inspect the wheels for hairline fractures every few thousand miles etc. Crazy cars for crazy people that probably only get up to 14 MPH in London traffic.
