Thoughts on these wheelcovers?

These are from a 1951 Buick. Any thoughts on their aerodynamic drag?

Would they even fit modern wheels?

I think they probably would fit the wheels on your Buick, provided that those are 15" hubcaps.

They are "closed" meaning no air venting from front to back of wheel and vice versa, which should be more aero than vented. They do have a nice broad dome but are pretty dishy around the perimeter. I think you'd be hard pressed to detect any aero differences via fuel economy. Put them on if you like how they look.
