Solar Roof Vent Drag Impact?

Every time my car is hot from sitting in the sun I consider installing one of the solar powered roof vents they make for R/Vs. I was wondering if anyone had any good sources for one (all the ones I find are rather large for my needs) and also what they think the aerodynamic impact of such a protrusion might be. I can't help but think that if cars were equipped with this as a standard option it could be made flush. Thanks!

Forgot to mention I don't like the idea of the solar vent you can get that sticks in your window. Seems like a pain. Anyone ever try one of these?

You men the R/V ones or the window ones? I've had an opportunity to see house ones up close and they seem to work, but the scale is rather different!

Hard to trust an "as seen on TV" product. Thanks for the heads up.

I have one of the solar fans that you close the window on. That car still gets hot, but it is much cooler than it would have been if it sat in the sun without it.

I found one of the window ones in walmart marked down to a few bucks so I bought it. It was worthless.
