Roof Rail drag
Have anyone seen any figures on how much the roof rails without the rack add to CD value?

I would think it depends on the vehicle. Some one ran a test on the Jetta wagon and found taking the rails off actually increased the CD. They are quite low to the roof though; they must somehow smooth out the airflow.
