I checked the Missouri laws before I shaved my passenger mirror. A little out of date I'd guess. Basically, they say I don't need ANY mirrors if I can see behind my car through the rear or side. So I guess I'd be okay by MO if I leaned out the window and looked back to see who's behind me. LOL

I went with the Federal regs, which do not require a passenger mirror on a car.
