Hoping to find MPG numbers I googled ben-dera ford mpg...and this thread was the second result.

Found one page that was missing from that article though with more photos:

I found out Car & Driver done an article on it in June 1998, so if anyone has that issue maybe they can post the article. I went to www.caranddriver.com and put June 1998 in their search and verified through the table of contents there was such an article, but the table of contents is all it brought up. If someone else discovers a way to get to the article please post the link, I'd like to read it.

Oops, Above post was an accident.

I always wonder why manufacturers didn't go this route to maximize fuel economy/MPG... I guess it's always been an ugly solution! That thing looks bloody terrible but I bet it has a great drag coefficient. Would love to see it in a wind tunnel!
