Lower grill block 94 Saturn SL2??

OK, Im thinking of making up a partal grill block for my Saturn. Anyone make one up for a first gen Saturn?? Im thinking of making one up. I dont want to block the whole grill. She runs pretty warm in the summer, so I am planing on leaving the center open, and make flush covers to fill in the sides, and those fake brake ducts on the front corners of the cover. Anyone do that to a first gen Saturn??? What are your thoughts on my idea??

I started off with plexi glass (plastic sheeting from lowes) and some small wing nuts and screws with fender washers. it worked well but looked bad. it was good for experimenting with because you could take them off easily.

if you could put a pic of your vehicle (especially the area in question) in your garage, maybe some better ideas will be given.

I think I know the style you are talking about but not certain.

Im thinking of using small angle brackets held with 3M molding tape. Im thinking of also making a removable center panel that can be installed in the cool wether.

I will try to get some pic's up

the molding tape works really well. that is actually what is holding my grill block in place right now.

it is more permanent than the bolt situation. I assume you are talking about just putting the brackets on with that and mounting something to the brackets using zip-ties or something else.

Ya, I was thinking of taping the brackets to the bumper, and screwing the grill block to the brackets.
