Interesting way to visualize/test "vortex" type tabs
I was at the car wash today, soaping the Jeep, and saw these streams of soapy water streaming off the side of my Jeep. I have AirTabs across the top and sides of my Jeep Liberty. You could really "see" what they were doing. You could probably even duplicate it at home with a wash wand or something similiar that shoots a "mist" instead of a "stream". I don't know the velocity of the water at a high pressure washing facility, but the visual effects were interesting. Basically, it was similiar to smoke streams you see in aerodynamic ads for some cars.
