First post, first project

Hello everyone. I have been following GasSavers.org for a few weeks and am impressed with what I see. We built an air dam for my 2004 Astro today (it really came out nice. Pictures to follow Monday), and will be adding a little under belly faring which will bolt to the angle supports glued to the dam.

I will be adding flat wheel covers, plus a have a temp. radiator block. I am researching Vortex generators since the van is the worst possible design (as far as I know) for high mileage. I just can't get a handle on these generators.

By the way, I checked a couple times and got 19 mpg on trips......65 to 75 before any modification. Detroit to Kalamazoo.

Thanks for all of your ideas and work.

Regards, Chuck
