Well, I wasn't very impressed. The colors and flow sometimes seemed out of sync with the moves the cars made. And it's not evident the flow lines represent reality. It was useful for their verbal explanations.

I drove my cousins Le Car. No control in the corners bu tit will go anywhere... almost. My cousin drove his through ditches and made paths with it.
Another cousin had one. When he came home one night I heard this thing cooking! He said he raced a Mustang on the highway for over an hour driving it at 105mph, top speed all the way! Tough little cars!

And with only three lugs holding the wheel on!

Maybe the draft track thing will improve over time.

Yep, think they had something like 250,000 spectators at the track today, millions on TV.. Its bigger than football.

I used to watch the rallys as well, but a good sprint car race is better. Same sliding on dirt only there is somebody to actually race against on the track.

Anyway, the Draft Track gimmic was about as lame as I expected.

Just went to the San jose Grand prix.

I made a small video of Saturday's events.

I was impressed by the drifter's ability to smoke the track up and get the crowd going. Not eco-friendly at all.

As for the Renault5 turbo's, they're classic and have cost the lives of many young wannabes. Hard to tame. Nowadays replaced by Renault Clio.

Renault imported their crapiest car to the US with a 1/2 baked engine adapted to the US. Bad marketing move that cost them their shot at the US market. Now they're seen as badly a Yugos, but the truth is their cars ain't bad, their F1 engines were #1, and that company's good enough to have gotten a cut of Nissan Motors.

It was less than what I expected, and I wasn't expecting much. I think the pixie dust coming off tinkerbell is more telling

those announcers sure hyped it up though.
