Be sure to check your specific TC lock wire. Not all are a plain dumb 12v signal, some are more complicated and could get fried if you just shove 12v down the wire.

I was thinking of using one of the old floor mounted high beam switches in my Buick to control the TC lockup. I figure a floor mounted switch could be easily cycled, whereas I'd have to reach for a dash mounted switch. Anyone who's driven an early 80's Buick knows what I'm talking about. You have to reach for everything, the dash is built really close to the firewall to give you lots of legroom.

The problem is finding that wire... I have no idea how to figure out which one it is!!

And I have not found any wiring diagrams that tell me which one it is...
